Deposits & Payments

We make it easy and secure for you to make payments with us! Our payment system is powered by Square, allowing us to accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your tour reservation. If applicable, deposit amounts and due dates will be communicated at the time of booking your tour.

Final Payments

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided on your tour paperwork. Generally all tours will need final payments no later than 30 days for the departure date of your tour. Payments can be made online through our secure Square checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

All payments and deposits become non-refundable once we are within 60 days of your tour departure. The only exception is if you can provide another individual to take your spot, provided all deposits, payments, and trip details transfer seamlessly to them.

For added peace of mind, we offer trip insurance, which allows you to cancel for unforeseen circumstances and receive a full refund up to 30 days before departure.
